If this was true it would be an outrage, but after following one of the links on that YouTube link to the actual blog where the victim/suspect was posting updates throughout this entire ordeal, now I have my doubts.

Many aspects are an outrage, such as the warrantless search and the screwed up testing by the ATF, but if you read through the 80+ pages you see where he admits that he "modified" the weapon with a third selector position, filed down the firing pin and other things.
And to think all this started because some a-hole at the range couldnt mind his own business.
