Deed Restrictions

For those that don't already have a copy of the Deed Restrictions for Lavonia Landing, I've uploaded a copy. Deed restrictions pretty much dictate what you can and can't do within our neighborhood. There is a procedure to have them altered and I believe the majority of the neighborhood pretty much has to agree to the change. The link to the document is below:
