Stinky water by Dollar General

So has anyone noticed the water that is always on the parking lot by Dollar General? It seems there is always water, and it seems smell like it is septic tank water, possibly coming from their neighbors, but I could be wrong. Regardless as to whether it is septic tank water, or a water leak in general, it seems something is wrong.

I haven't noticed any odor, but it's ALWAYS wet.

I've not noticed it, but if it smells like septic, you can make contact with City Hall and they can have their contractor come out that is in charge of the Septic licenses to check it out.  I can't remember what her name is off of the top of my head.  Or, if Chief reads this post, I sure he can pass on the word to the City about getting it checked out.

It's definately always wet. I'm over there all the time, I'll investigate a bit further next time around. I've noticed the water even when everything else has dried up, so something doesn't seem quite right. I do know there were two contributions to all of the water, one of which has been fixed.
