Just curious about this; Are the south side tracts of land on the Grand Heritage property (between the homes and 78) reserved/zoned for retail development?

For what it is worth, the file below is a proposed development plan they sent out via mail that is dated July 2004. For the better part, it looks correct with what they've done so far.
