The minutes below are from back in May, but if their planned budget came to light, it doesn't look like there will be any major improvements in the future for Royse City, unless they get money from elsewhere. Royse City really needs stop lights at 548 and 30, and a few other improvements. I was looking around for the final budget projections, but didn't see anything posted. I believe other cities have already released their 2009-2010 budget (seeing that they go by fiscal year), as I found Wylie's posted budget.
