I haven't tried it myself as of yet, but I added links to send topics or messages from this board to your Facebook or Twitter account. When you view a message thread, the icons are in the top upper left corner of the thread. As near as I can tell, it allows you to add a comment and send a link to the thread. Let me know if anyone actually tries it.
