does anybody know if/what is in the plans for the land just north (behind) the bank and just west of grand heritage? says "bear creek residential - a texas limited partner" on the paper i have but nobody i've talked to could tell me if there is anything planned.

But the bulk of the land that has not been cleared back there, 860 acres on the north side of what was railroad tracks, is park land behind the dam all the way over to lake road.

... I guess the short answer is "I don't know" - but hopefully knowing that the site is only 10 acres helps ya out somehow ;)
